4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability

CompassFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services. Our predictive analytics are projections and should not be used as the sole basis for critical business decisions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
